How to connect with NWC Naturals on social media
Since our beginning, NWC Naturals has always tried to keep our friends and customers up to date on social media. We truly believe social media is a great way to stay connected. It has become our favorite place to announce new products and offer specials and coupons. Have you connected with NWC Naturals on social media yet? We would love to get to know you and learn what you want the most! As you may know, when our customers ask for a product, we do our best to deliver exactly what they want!
For example, in early 2020 when our customers complained hand sanitizer was difficult to find in stores, we got down to business formulating a new product. In just a month or so, we had a high-quality hospital-grade hand sanitizer packaged in a reusable glass bottle. We gave away hundreds of bottles absolutely free as part of a special promotion that year. Our hand sanitizer is now an NWC staple.
The same year, we had customers reach out to us asking for supplements to help support their immune system. While we would have loved to develop our own formula, we knew there wasn’t time. Our customers needed fast support. Instead, we acted quickly to research the best immune support products currently on the market. What do our customers need to support their bodies during this time? We reached out to a few supplement companies and immediately started offering their products in our online store. We added a new section to our website: immune support.
Finally, our customers started reaching out to us saying they wanted a natural, safe way to support their pets’ joint health. After a few years of research and development, we were able to release a joint and allergy support formula for pets that we are really proud of. Our new product Comfort Factor™ combines only safe and natural ingredients to support your pet’s joints and seasonal allergies. So far, the feedback has been amazing; we are so happy to hear your pets love the peanut butter flavor!
While there are numerous other examples we could share, our main goal here is to say, “thank you.” Thank you for trusting us to care for the needs of your family.
